Unopened Packaging: We accept returns for items with unopened packaging only. If the product packaging has been opened, we cannot accept the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send back any items without obtaining an RA number.
Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 4-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
