⚠️ Please do not send any products back without first obtaining an RA number. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
3.3 Packaging Requirements
Before sending your item back:

3.4 Shipping the Item
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to Cloud Street, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item received.
We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service to ensure your return is delivered safely. Cloud Street is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3.5 Inspection & Processing
Once your returned item is received, our team will perform a thorough inspection to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements.
If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly. If the returned product fails to meet the stated conditions (e.g., opened packaging, missing items, or visible damage), the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Refunds

5. No Return Policy for Opened Packaging
To maintain product authenticity, hygiene, and quality standards, Cloud Street does not accept returns for products with opened or tampered packaging.
Once an item has been opened, it is considered used and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, such items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect the packaging upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any visible issues before unsealing the product.
6. Exchanges and Replacements
In limited cases, Cloud Street may offer an exchange or replacement if the product you received is:
